If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, charge after cancellation), contact us immediately at support@klly.works. We will investigate and correct any billing errors promptly.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund if there is evidence of fraudulent use or violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment compliance, tax collection, and refund processing on our behalf.
